My guests never spend more than 3 hours in the salon + the majority of them come in 3 times a year, some more, some less depending on their hair + desired outcome! These treatments are hand crafted with love and intention + made of medicinal herbs that I’ve grown or harvested in the wild. Cancellation Policy
I understand that unexpected events can occur, and I ask that you please provide us with as much notice as possible in the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
All appointments cancelled within less than 24hours notice will be charged 100% of their service fee and 48 hour notice will result in 50% of the service fee.
ADDITIONALLY, it’s our main priority to make sure you love your hair! We will happily redo your hair if you’re unhappy; however we don’t offer refunds on our services for any reason!
